Jacky Smith

Jacky is the Chairman of the group. She is also the director of Springfield Park Properties Ltd and several other property companies in South Lincolnshire.

J. Duncan Andrew FCA

Duncan is a partner at Duncan and Toplis, which he joined in 1980, advising a wide variety of local businesses.

Peter Burrows

Peter trained as a surveyor and is now a director of a number of property companies based in the East Midlands involved with both residential and commercial development and investment.

Roger Stafford

Roger is Resident Agent for the Buckminster Trust Estate and has a long standing interest in the promotion of Grantham as a sub regional centre.

Councillor Roy Chapman

Roy has been a Lincolnshire County Councillor for Colsterworth Rural Division for the past 10 years. He is currently Chairman of the Policy, Performance and Resources Committee, and also serves on the Grantham Canal Partnership, Local Government East Midlands Association and is Governor of Grantham College.

Tim Robinson

Tim is editor of the Grantham Journal and managing editor of Lincolnshire Newspapers, a company which has weekly newspapers and websites across the county.

Councillor Alan Parkin

Alan is a SKDC councillor and chairman on both the Development Control Committee and vice-chairman on the Constitution Committee.

Councillor Michael Cook

Michael was with the Royal Air Force for 28 years, before becoming a senior manager for an international company until 2003. Michael became a SKDC councillor in 2007. His SKDC Committee appointments include the Development Control Committee, Engagement Policy Development Group and Joint Scrutiny Committee & Engagement PDG.
